Experience in analysing, documenting and modifying and ensuring the operational tasks and activities of the process owners and staff are correctly aligned with the strategic environmental goals of the organization. Verifying that bottlenecks and unproductive activities in the process are identified and abated. Ensuring the process is dynamic and proactive/reactive to ensure agility and optimal performance. Ensuring proper communication processes are in place to ensure the capability to modify and communicate the processes quickly.
